Two Ravenclaws on this list have directly been connected to Cho, Harry's first crush at Hogwarts. Initially, Cho was in a relationship with Cedric Diggory, the other Hogwarts champion in the Triwizard Tournament. However, following his death, Cho and Harry began a relationship in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." Cho hoped that the two would connect over their shared loss. Unfortunately, Cedric's death was something that Harry would rather not talk about, as seeing him die haunted his dreams.
As a character, Cho generally feels like a distraction for Harry throughout his journey. He's often late for his dates with her, isn't paying attention to what she's saying, or brings his friends on what's supposed to be a date between the two of them. Add that on top of his refusal to discuss Cedric, and their relationship was something of a disaster. When Cho wanted to talk about her feelings, that only seemed to frustrate Harry more, so when it came to light that her best friend betrayed the DA, it seemed like the perfect out for Harry. Readers had to feel bad for Cho: she was dealing with the death of her previous boyfriend while trying to come to terms with her crush on Harry who, at the time, was public enemy #1. Luckily, Cho found a relationship with Michael Corner, while Harry moved on to dating Ron's sister Ginny Weasley the following year. Cho was a nice girl ... she just wasn't the one for Harry.
